Module content | Wicked problems are the complex systemic issues that decision makers are faced with every day. When dealing with these, decision makers are in systems where information is confusing, incomplete and often have to work with clients and other decision makers who have conflicting values. Often the proposed solutions are worse than the problem or are viewed as a white washing of actual issues. This elective unpacks wicked problems through a combination of frameworks, theories and discussions. |
